All three cereals go in — cornflakes, wheat checks, rice checks — along with rice flakes, raisins, and coconut flakes, and that's the whole story. No chili, no added salt, nothing to get in the way. What you're left with is a mix that's genuinely airy: sweet in places from the raisins, toasty from the coconut, and crisp everywhere else. It's the bag we send to households with a nut allergy in the mix, and the one people reach for late at night when they want something to eat rather than something to survive. Roasted in small batches and packed the same week. Because there's no oil-heavy nut in it, it's also the mix that stays crisp longest once the pouch is open.
